Deliveries are completely free fro al EU Countries. We take care of the shipping costs, and no additional fees will be added. For worldwide deliveries, we charge 29 euros .

Can I exchange my product?

You have 14 days to exchange the items purchased on our site from the day you receive them. The shipping costs for any replacement products will be at our expense.

How can I track my return?

Once we have received your returned item, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. It is possible that the package has arrived and you have not yet received a confirmation.
