Products from Poufs&Pillows can be returned within 14 days after the date of delivery. However, the products must be clean, may not be damaged or washed, and must be packed in the original packaging. Poufs&Pillows will not refund any damaged and/or used products.

Poufs&Pillows offer free returns for every order within 14 days of the delivery date. (Only for EU countries)

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return

How can I return my order?

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can ask us for a return label. Products can be returned via the following steps:

1. Contact us via e-mail with your order number.

2. Place the item(s) and the package form in the original shipping package.

No problem, we will credit your payment via the payment method you used as soon as we received the return in perfect condition.


How can I track my return status?

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. It is possible that the parcel has arrived and you have not yet received a confirmation. Do not worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we process your return. You can check the status at the your account page.

When exchanging the product you will receive a track & trace number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip.
