Not satisfied with your order and you want to exchange your Poufs & Pillows product? No problem! Please check our return options below!

Products from Poufs&Pillows can be returned within 14 days after the date of delivery. However, the products must be clean, may not be damaged or washed, and must be packed in the original packaging. Poufs&Pillows will not refund any damaged and/or used products.

Please note that the return costs are at customers expense. Nevertheless, shipping costs for any replacement products will of course be at our expense.

 

How can I return my order?

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 working days. Products can be returned via the following steps:

1. Contact us via e-mail with your order number.

2. Place the item(s) and the package form in the original shipping package.

3. Send the package to:

Changing
The article doesn’t quite meet your expectations and you want to change it?
This is unfortunate, but may happen. We will ship your new pick after receiving your return package.

Cancel
Do you want to cancel your order?
No problem, we will credit your payment via the payment method you used as soon as we received the return in perfect condition.

 

How can I track my return status?

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. It is possible that the parcel has arrived and you have not yet received a confirmation. Do not worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we process your return. You can check the status at the your account page.

When exchanging the product you will receive a track & trace number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip.
